## Who we are

Inviewd S.A.S. is a Colombian real estate technology company based in Bucaramanga, Santander. We started from a simple observation: off-plan projects sell badly because the buyer has to imagine them. A PDF floor plan and three loose renders are not enough for someone to make the largest purchase decision of their life. Our job is to remove the part that has to be imagined.

We rebuild the whole project in 3D and deliver it as an experience the buyer walks through in real time: they step into the apartment, change the finishes, adjust the lighting and look out of the window to see the actual view from their floor and orientation. It all runs on a screen, with nothing to install, from the sales room or from a buyer's phone in another city.

## How we work

- **Intake.** We start from your architectural drawings, reference images and finish specifications. You do not need an existing 3D model: we build it.
- **Modelling and verification.** We build the model and review it with you using the [Vista D360](https://inviewd.com/en/vista-d360.html) method, so design errors are caught before they become construction errors.
- **Production.** The same model produces everything the sales team needs: a [virtual sales room](https://inviewd.com/en/sala-de-ventas-virtual.html), [renders](https://inviewd.com/en/renders-arquitectonicos.html), [3D video](https://inviewd.com/en/video-3d-arquitectonico.html) and [360° tours](https://inviewd.com/en/recorridos-virtuales-360.html).
- **Handover and support.** We train the sales team to use it and refine the experience with what we learn in the sales room.

## Who we work for

Builders and real estate developers selling off-plan, sales agencies and architects. Teams come to us above all when a project has several unit types, when buyers have finish decisions to make, or when a meaningful share of buyers is far away, in another city or abroad, and cannot visit the sales room. We deliver projects across Colombia and work remotely with teams in the United States, Spain, Mexico and Panama, in English and Spanish.
